Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. She made a name for herself acting in television. Her first appearance was on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career in a daytime soap. From 1995 until 1997 she played Linda Soto on the ABC soap show One Life to Live. The show was relaunched as the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her career began as a film actress with a role in Girl 6 (1996), then she starred on the episodes New York Undercover (1997) as well as The District. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo played a regular role in the NBC crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later, he starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was on How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 until 2013, as well.
